Paul and his team took what could have been a 3.5 a 4 star review and flipped it to 5 star.  there were a couple mishaps that took place that were not within Paul’s control.  some companies may have used that as an excuse that Paul took responsibility and dealt with the issues to completion and to our firm’s satisfaction. Dal-Tar has been exceptional in their work and customer service. We needed our roof replaced and gutters adjusted. After comparing companies in our area, we went with Dal-Tar. Not only was the cost lower, but the quality of materials and workmanship outdid the competitors. We appreciated their recommendations for adding venting which made the deal even better. Quality work. Good Communication. Excellent Pricing. This is the second time I have chosen to have Dal-Tar Solutions perform work on a home I own. As a small business doing business with another business I appreciate the details I get with the scope of work before I decide on what work I want completed. There's always open communication to make adjustments on the projects and clear explanation of the products being used and timelines are explained as well. Paul is a man of his word. He is the most honest contractor I’ve ever done business with and I’ve dealt with a lot of them over the years. He did a roofing job for us. Unlike other roofers, if Paul saw something that needed to be fixed, he just took care of it. On our job he not only fixed rotten boards on the chimney, but also painted them. He fixed the chimney cap that was falling off and installed a new type of skylight for us. He replaced a light that got broken during the tear off. All without asking for more money.
