As the name implies, Dal-Tar has the Solutions to your needs. Over 10 years, Paul and his various crews helped me with three roofs for two houses, attic insulation, home security system, storm damage repair, tree removal and other miscellaneous interior and exterior projects. The thing I appreciate most is Paul's knowledge about filing insurance claims and his willingness to meet your adjuster at the jobsite to assist in getting your claim filed.

I enthusiastically recommend Dal-Tar Solutions and Paul. He was genuine, honest, and thorough. He evaluated our roof, provided detailed pictures with the estimate, and arrived punctually. When he discovered the job needed a second day, he communicated this upfront and returned promptly to finish.

What impressed me most was his integrity. With roof repairs, it's hard to know if the work is done right—Paul's honesty throughout the process gave me complete confidence. Highly recommend.

Whenever we need a roof, I'm calling them. We have used Dal-Tar for 3 or 4 projects. They provide great, quick service at a good price. Owner very nice and very honest.

Paul and his team took what could have been a 3.5 a 4 star review and flipped it to 5 star. there were a couple mishaps that took place that were not within Paul’s control. some companies may have used that as an excuse that Paul took responsibility and dealt with the issues to completion and to our firm’s satisfaction.
Thank you for committing to excellence

Dal-Tar has been exceptional in their work and customer service. We needed our roof replaced and gutters adjusted. After comparing companies in our area, we went with Dal-Tar. Not only was the cost lower, but the quality of materials and workmanship outdid the competitors. We appreciated their recommendations for adding venting which made the deal even better. With the warranty and support they provide we should be set for quite a while.

I had the pleasure of working with Dal-Tar Solutions with my attic ventilation issues. They were able to come over the same day to assess my situation, talk me through various options to complete the work, and finished the project in half a day. I am very happy that I chose this company to work with. They are trustworthy and their prices were very fair. I would recommend them to anyone that I know that needs any type of roof, attic, or ventilation issues.

Quality work. Good Communication. Excellent Pricing.
This is the second time I have chosen to have Dal-Tar Solutions perform work on a home I own. As a small business doing business with another business I appreciate the details I get with the scope of work before I decide on what work I want completed. There's always open communication to make adjustments on the projects and clear explanation of the products being used and timelines are explained as well. They even communicate with my tenant at times when it has been necessary (and Paul D. always fill me in on that communication).
